It does not mean that the global warming has paused at all. Meanwhile, mean temperature ofChina for the same period is also the highest. Seasonal mean temperatures of China show that winter temperatures inNortheast and Xinjiang are lower in the last decade 2001J2010 than in the previous decade 1991J2000. It mayattribute to the intensification of the Siberian high and East Asian winter monsoon.
