Combining blockchain and Artificial Intelligence together to achieve that goal. With a plan to make smart contracts deployments very easy to use in the plat for day to day agreements between peers We are the first system to incorporate a lean work plat with smart contract. Team members can reward and tip each other with Airclipse native tokens, grant or unlock emblems and accolades for great accomplishments which will be available for the community to see. Teams and their members have the option to proudly display their accomplishments and achievements of commendable teamwork and perance. Rewards and accomplishments from day to day operations are updated onto each member profile and recorded on the blockchain. Due to the transparent, trustful and immutable nature of blockchain technology, the plat displays the most accurate representation of an individual’s professional achievements. This function is already proven to increase motivation in the workplace, and it bodes very well for other companies when looking for an accurate and validated professional representation of an individual, recruitment being a prime example. Airclipse Tokens ACL will play a vital role in our plat. They have many functions to ensure an active and engaged user experience. The Airclipse core features are new and innovative, and high in demand based on the team’s vast research into the market. With these improved work applications, we aim to incorporate a lean, streamlined solution to the workforce, whilst delivering the tools to increase efficiency, motivation and productivity. The 5 year plan entails producing a lean, functional work plat to cater for the needs of our market. We aim to introduce the work-social plat to bring an innovative approach to business networking, where user achievements are displayed for all to see, and validated due to the advancements that blockchain technology offers. Airclipse team fully understand the risk of developing a monolithic plat that aims to do everything at once. Therefore, our focus is creating a very lean, practical and easy to use work plat from the ground up, based on user feedback and insight. Our advanced features can be easily integrated based on user requirement, to offer a tailored solution to every user. Airclipse was born to improve the way teams work in any given industry, and will take full advantage of the immutable, trustworthy and transparent nature of blockchain technology. PROBLEMS WE ARE SOLVING Teams across various industries, including our own face these problems and it is still prent to this day. We were surprised this gap has not been plugged, and these are our findings based on spending tremendous amounts of time with various teams and workplaces. 1. High staff turnover which results in loss of time and money for teams, wasting resources which should be dedicated to other causes. 2. Teams grow quickly, with a disproportionate growth rate in infrastructure, therefore requiring further resources to keep up. 3. Knowledge and expertise don’t get transferred and are not made accessible for the whole team to utilise and benefit from. 4. Constant repeating of questions and answers and instructions in the daily workflow, an extremely frustrating experience which also leads to wasted time and resources. 5. No reliable, easy to use plat providing snapshots of statistics and insightful data to track how teams manage work, tasks, communication and perance. You cannot improve what you cannot measure. 6. Teams and members do not connect, recognize and reward each member contribution the way they should to ensure maximum productivity, motivation, engagement and focus. 7. No effective tool allowing professionals and enterprises to get an accurate representation of an individual’s working habits. 8. Very big problem in teams we observer are even though the intentions of working diligently and effectively are there. Often teams and peers do not adhere to agreements such as deadline, tasks requirements and what are required. Complacency and procrastination are prent. We would like to solve this with smart contracts. After observing these major issues spending a significant amount of time and resources with potential users, the Airclipse team decided to create a hybrid workflow and communication plat, introducing a work-social element to take advantage of blockchain technology and all into a lean, engaging and easy to use solution. BACKGROUND Questions persist on how to increase productivity, solve problems business leaders face which border on sustained growth and development. Keeping employees and team members trained and motivated with current trends have also been highlighted as important facets of a successful organisation. Effective communication and project management in teams and workplaces, regardless of the industry and sector remain extremely important and the priority for management today. Remaining profitable whilst keeping up with trends and innovations is the most important problem managers face today. Experts over the years have highlighted some of the areas that need tending; Airclipse enables teams to streamline the way they work and giving organizations the conditions to keep their employees happy and engaged. Staff Turnover and Development Self-organisation of employees, creating a reward system for positive behaviour and meaningful contribution among members of staff, collating and adapting unarticulated and tacit knowledge through interaction amongst workers have been identified as the positive patterns for success in knowledge management practices.1Poor mentoring, coaching and feedback have been highlighted as one of the reasons companies record a high turnover of staff. Most of these are due to a lack of proper channels put in place to forestall against such an issue, and consequently lead to retraining workers who either leave due to an uncomfortable workplace or are laid off, which is cost intensive and counterproductive.21http//www.smf.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Social-Market-Foundation-Publication-Briefing- CAGE-4-Are-happy-workers-more-productive-281015.pdf 2 Knowledge Management the New Challenge for Firms transactions are largely inexpensive. Transfers attract little transaction charges. Immutability Members of the network can check transactions the blockchain to ensure it is uncompromised; it can be done continually. Attempted changes to the blockchain can be identified and denied by users. Transparency As explained earlier, transactions made on the ledger can be seen by all. Records of all transactions ever made on the blockchain are accessible. Irreversibility Once a transfer is made into a network, it cannot be reverted. Transactions made on blockchain don’t use third-parties and therefore incur fewer charges. There are no intermediaries to vet transactions before they are approved. Network Security 4 With a centralised system, transactions are reliant on intermediaries and expose users to vulnerabilities 5 Wallet users rose from 3,590 in the first quarter of 2012 to 3,1777,707 in the first quarter of 2015. Due to the burgeoning numbers of users on the blockchain, it is practically impossible for a single user to tamper with stored data or a fraudulent transaction successfully. Theoretically, it is conceivable with enough resources devoted to such a scam. The enormity of the funds required to pull it off makes it counterproductive.6 The size of a network determines the value of the token and hence the resources needed to defraud; this helps to discourage such an endeavour. Privacy Blockchain addresses don’t contain the owner’s personal ination. The addresses are randomly assembled characters which cannot be traced to an individual. Owners have the discretion to decide if they want to prove they own and control an account. Airclipse takes advantage of blockchain technology in many ways. Users can easily monitor transactions with a clear and secure record found on the ledger. This bodes well for our unique features such as tip and rewards, whereby teams and employers can constantly track their achievements and token distribution. This could easily be used for recruiting companies to see how individuals pered in a previous roles also. The transparency of blockchain technology will ensure that team member profiles will be validated as their achievements and rewards will all be stored on the ledger for all to see, with permission of course. Our target market use blockchain technology daily for their own projects. It makes perfect sense they incorporate a work plat that does the same. This is a benefit to blockchain technology as a whole. 6 1. TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW As engineers and computer scientists, we believe in designing enterprise-grade solutions that are scalable at heart and reliable in practice. What we propose in this paper is a 4 layer system that utilizes IPFS as a storage layer, a novel JSON-atted Metadata database as a directory layer, Ethereum smart-contracts as a logic layer, an open-sourced API as the front-end application layer. By separating storage and logic into two discrete layers, we enable both a high level of decentralization and scalability. 2. TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION 2.1. Storage layer 2.1.1 Interplanetary File System – IPFS and Overview Interplanetary File System IPFS is a peer-to-peer distributed file system that connects computing devices with the same system of files. In some ways, IPFS is similar to the Web, but IPFS could be seen as a single BitTorrent swarm, exchanging objects within one Git repository. In other words, IPFS provides a high throughput content-addressed block storage model, with content addressed hyper links. This s a generalized Merkle DAG, a data structure upon which one can build versioned file systems, blockchains, and even a Permanent Web. IPFS combines a distributed hash table, an incentivized block exchange, and a self-certifying namespace. IPFS has no single point of failure, and nodes do not need to trust each other. Figure 2 IPFS is a hypermedia protocol addressed by content and identities instead of traditional location addressing. At the IPFS protocol level, the system is fully neutral and the nodes can run over any transport protocol. In fact, IPFS nodes do not have to be referenced by a centralized IP. IPFS nodes can run through different network architectures such as NDN Named Data Networking, XIA eXpressive Internet Architecture and more. This transport-neutral network protocol will ensure that IPFS can be transmitted through any network and resist censorship. IPFS is an emerging, revolutionary paradigm in decentralized storage. By not storing any aspect of the plat on a centralized server, no organization inclusive of Airclipse can censor or limit any team or business that wishes to store their data on the Airclipse plat. 2.1.2 Scalability of IPFS The IPFS protocol is a collection of protocols served from a swarm of IPFS nodes. However, the network layer can per network activities through a single TCP or UDP port. IPFS can multiplex many point-to-point connections simultaneously. And as the network gets larger, the total latency should remain relatively low with a smooth streaming experience. 2.1.3 IPFS with Airclipse Centrally managed servers will inevitably stop working, and when that happens digital history is lost. Documents, data of businesses are very important and they need to be protected. With its no down time nature, the documents and data of the business should be served 24/7. The key difference with IPFS is that instead of searching for locations servers, you search for the content itself. Instead of asking and trusting one server to provide you file you need, there are millions of computers capable of delivering that specific file, just like BitTorrent. The IPFS system enables the Airclipse smart contract to index encrypted documents and data onto a permanent and immutable hash. This hash ensures permanent ownership of the document or data file on the IPFS swarm. We can verify that such a hash induces a immutable bijection between a unique file by examining the Merkle hash tree of the node files. If a rogue node attacks the network, the majority network would recognize a change in the root hash and search for new nodes, ensuring that the network maintains a immutable storage of tracks. This immutable nature of IPFS is important on a mainstream scale. There may be political, social and economic incentives government sanction for nodes to ”alter” the files referenced by the original hash. However, because this will change the hash tree of the file, it is computationally and cryptographically impossible. 2.1.4 Drawbacks of IPFS A. IPFS is still a Work in Progress IPFS is still a work in progress, and there are not so many fully supported libraries and programming languages that work well with IPFS. The IPFS protocol and its implementations are still in heavy development. This means that there may be problems in IPFS protocols, or there may be mistakes in its implementations which may cause vulnerabilities with security. Solution Airclipse will be chunking and encrypting the files from the user end. Therefore, even when IPFS system faces a serious security issue and the files were leaked, those files would still be protected and be already resista
